Awesome time!

Spent my post-finals very meaningfully and interestingly! (: Meet up with caregroup for arrow service and awesome dinner at Medz! I really missed them since i haven’t been to Arrow service and gatherings for very long. I feel very comfortable with them (: I think i need to contribute more to the caregroup and let them know that i actually treasure them a lot! :D

Pastor Daniel also preached something close to my heart at arrow. He talked about redeeming bad times in Christ. Yesh I’ve made mistakes this semester, but Jesus washes and sanctifies! Trust Him to correct my wrongs. He is greater than my yesterdays, He is holding me close today, and He’ll be the Lord of my tomorrow! Oh btw and pst dan’s son is ultra cute lah! Said amen, yes and no in a cute tone, all at the right times of the sermon!

I really really love my church. I think i’ve finally found a church I feel belonged to.(:

Did logistics packing for Vietnam trip. We collected so many great stuff to bring over to Vietnam! In every team, we need… SAIKANG WARRIORS!!! (Y) I love my warriors who made logistics packing so fast and efficient! Yay to Joy Cynthia Gabby Ys Titi Sebas and Kaishun! JIAYOU JIAYOU TEAM!!!

Spent time with ISE mates as well! Think i might miss them during the long long break~ but thankfully i’ve got camp and most of them are helping me with it! Thankful much!

YAY HECTIC Y1SEMII finally ended! :)

I’ve conquered the toughest academic period in my entire life. But I think it’s my own fault for slacking so much and doing CCA stuff so much during the sem… and in the end got to study-no-night-no-day for finals. :/ Must admit that most finals didn’t turn out well for me. I’m expecting As, Bs, and even… Cs. I just can’t learn so much last minute. Many a times during intense mugging, i blame myself for wasting so much time during the term. For the upcoming semesters, I’m going to make sure I do consistent work! The last thing I need is feeling complacent about myself and my abilities. ):

I think Father is teaching me a lesson through this. No one can lead a perfect and flawless life. We’ll all blame ourselves for one thing or another. We’ll all feel the heart-aching sense of regret at some point of our life. We’ll all trip and fall. In the end, what matters most is not what has happened, but we learn from our mistakes, we correct it, we make the best out of our situation, and we emerge stronger through these imperfections. I’ll not be afraid of not having the strength to achieve it, because my almighty Father loves and guides me along the way. Just like how He has always been with me through all seasons of my life. He’ll never leave me alone in darkness. My prayer for the day will be “keep me as the apple of Your eye, hide me under the shadows of Your wing.” (:

I’m so thankful for all the strength and wisdom and good health and awesome friends He has blessed me with during my tough exam period!(:
